However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for our online consulting services.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:
- Unused Services: If the consulting service was booked and paid for but not used (e.g., the client did not pick up the phone or failed to attend the scheduled session), we will provide a full refund upon request.
- Partly Used Services: If the consulting session was partially used (e.g., the client attended but ended the session early or only utilized a portion of the allocated time), we will issue a refund on a pro rata basis. The refund will be calculated based on the unused minutes of the scheduled session. For example, if a 60-minute session was booked and only 30 minutes were used, the client will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the session's cost. Refunds for partly used services will be processed upon the client’s request and confirmation of the unused time. Althought we encourage clients to initiate and additional call and use available consulting minutes.
- Unsatisfied with Service: If the consulting service was used but the client is not satisfied with the outcome, the client must first provide detailed questions or concerns via email. Our team will make every effort to address these questions and provide satisfactory answers. If the client remains unsatisfied after this follow-up, we will proceed to issue a refund.
Refund Process
To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:
- Contact us with your refund request, including the details of your booking and the reason for the refund.
- If the service was used, provide specific questions or concerns that were not adequately addressed during the consulting session.
- Allow our team time to review your request and respond with additional answers or clarifications if applicable.
- If the client remains unsatisfied after follow-up, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the scheduled consulting session.
- Refunds for unused services will only be issued if the client did not attend the session or did not pick up the phone at the scheduled time.
- For services used, refunds will only be considered after a follow-up attempt to provide satisfactory answers to the client’s concerns.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- The client did not provide specific follow-up questions or concerns after using the service.
- The client fails to respond to our follow-up attempts to resolve the issue.
- The refund request is made outside the 14-day eligibility period.
