Call To Dubai operates as an independent consulting service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Dubai government or any of its agencies. All advice and information provided are based on personal experience, publicly available resources, and our knowledge of Dubai. We aim to deliver accurate and helpful guidance but do not represent any governmental body or official entity.
Call to Dubai offers call-based consulting sessions aimed at providing general advice and information related to lifestyle, relocation, real estate, public services, education, travel, business opportunities, and other general topics about Dubai, UAE.
Navigate to Book a Call page to select a consulting plan and provide your name, phone number and email address. If you have a discount code, you can optionally enter it in the order form.
Once booking data is entered successfully, you will be redirected to the payment page, where using the Stripe platform you will be able to pay for the selected plan using your credit card.
After the payment is successful, you will be redirected to the order summary page. Once you are ready to start the consultation, click on the Start Call button and you will receive a call from our consultant within a minute.
During the consulting call, feel free to ask any questions related to Dubai lifestyle. You are the master of the call and have the full right to interrupt the consultant or change the subject at any time. Please try to speak loudly and clearly, and be precise with your questions to ensure you receive the most accurate answers.
We understand that issues sometimes happen (network connection, dead phone battery), so if the call is interrupted and you still have available minutes, you can initiate the call again.
If you run out of questions, our consultant might suggest related topics that might interest you. You can pick up any suggested topic and dive deeper into Dubai-related subjects.
It might be a little stressful to grasp all information during the consulting call, especially specific answers. Relax and don't worry, as our consultant will send you a call transcript after the call is finished.
We understand that our consultants might not be able to answer all possible questions. However, we will try to get answers to your questions even after the call. We are constantly updating and improving our knowledge base to provide the most advanced consulting experience to our clients.
Once the call is completed, we will send you a summary of your call transcript to your email, where you will see all questions asked and all answers provided.
If the call has ended (run out of purchased minutes), you are free to reorder a new call. Just click on Book Again and you will be redirected to the booking page with your prefilled data.
We take data privacy seriously and never share your discussed topics with any third party. After the call is completed, all records will be depersonalized (within 3 days) and will not be accessible via the order summary page.
